There’s a boy,
Coming over the fields,
And he’s running,
With his dog at his heels;
And the wind blows his hair
And he’s kissed by the sun,
Throws a stick in the river,
Just to watch his dog run,
And he laughs and he skips
‘Cos he’s having such fun,
And he looks up and sees
Us as we fly away
Lifts up his hand
As he gives us a wave
And he calls to his dog
As she starts to bark
Two herons, flying into his dreams
And into his heart.
